"Outstanding care provided by exceptional staff"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Maternity

I used the facilities at the birth centre before being taken to delivery suite and ultimately theatre for c section, staying on ward thereafter.

Everyone from obstetrician, anaethetist, midwives, mat support workers, doctors, matrons and student midwives (the future is extremely bright!) provided unbelievably compassionate, skillful, dedicated, friendly care. All of the staff at the unit should be proud of the first class work they do, they are the most incredible team. Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience at the Sharoe Green Unit here at Royal Preston Hospital and giving us the opportunity to celebrate this with our very hard working teams in Maternity Services.

You will also provide other expectant mums with some valuable reassurance.

We need to know when we make mistakes and fall short of the service we want to offer so that we can make improvements, but it's really great to hear about it when things go well - so thank you again.
