About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I went in  for a minor op(lump removal) I was called in to the room by nurse Kirsty  who was lovely from start to finish. She put me at ease explained exactly what she would be doing at every step

I can't say the process was painless (no fault of Kirsty's) but thanks to her and other members of the unit It was not as scary an experience as expected.
