"Grandma received care for heart condition...."

My grandma was taken to A & E at 10 2 7 on 7.8.17. Ambulance crew were very reassuring and helped us both through a very stressful time. Delays in A&E meant we did not get admitted to AMU until gone 6 pm which meant a delay of nearly 11 hours the staff could not do enough for my grandma. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and treatment she received even during a extremely busy time for the hospital. My grandma was discharged later at approximately 8pm.Thanks for everything.
