"reception staff"

i went into this surgery, to ask for help on a couple of things, i found one of the receptionists to be extremely rude and uncaring,i have bi-polar and i have never been spoken to so rudely. I have been with this drs for about 8 yrs and since the limes took it over it has gone down hill very fast, my advice to anyone is find another drs as i dont think this one will last very long, with the staff that they have. also if you look at the reviews on th surgerys site you will see that they are all very negative.
