"They are unable to help"

The waiting room is an enclosed claustrophobic atrium with no windows.

The staff don't bother reading the notes and remained in blissful ignorance regarding my diagnoses.

Although the staff make a pleasing attempt to be amiable, they have limited knowledge of how to interact with young people.
