"Wonderful staff"

I've read some of the negative reviews below, and just to clarify.. at the end of your abortion you are in ward with comfortable reclining chairs with plenty of space between you and the other ladies with attention on you by the support staff constantly. You are in reclining chairs because its important for your health and your body not to be planking. Plus it's a hell of a lot more comfortable! When you come to, you may feel partial pain but there is a nurse there who is waiting for you to come to, and has your painkillers on hand (makes a fabulous cup of tea too!). I was really apprehensive that my partner was not allowed to come with me and was terrified to do it alone, but I knew he was waiting for my downstairs and you are allowed to use your mobiles to keep in contact throughout. In the end I was glad I did do it alone and there is not shame in seeing other women emotional too, you're all in the same boat and nobody is judging you. (But you'll only see them if you are making a point to turn yourself round the room and looking at them!)

I was absolutely terrified for my surgical termination and it was the hardest decision I've ever had to make and my deepest sympathies for anyone going through it. I had general anesthetic and was asleep throughout, but through every meeting with a nurse they talked me through every detail, answered every question. When I was waiting to go into the surgical room, I won't lie I could hear a lady crying before hand. And I went into complete panic mode. The staff who brought me into the surgery calmed me down, made me giggle, reassured me and talked me through everything they were doing again, whilst constantly asking me if I was sure. I'd really like to thank the team who completed my termination, out of a terrible situation I felt very cared for and you really protected my feelings throughout.

For anyone attending here, please don't be put off my negative reviews, sometimes accidents to happen. And people are more prompted to write reviews if they've had a bad experience rather than a good one! It's very clean, very private and I'm eternally grateful for the care you all gave.
