"Diorganised to a fault"

We were advised to attend the clinic by bpas in another area due to lack of available appointments.

Upon arrival, we were unsure where to go, due to lack of signage or instruction.

We were then corralled into a very small waiting room packed with people, which was about 30 degrees.

We then waited.... And waited. 2 hours and 10 minutes past our appointed slot in fact.

The doctors and nurses were helpful to be fair to them.

The building is aged, is smelly and in need of extensive reconditioning.
