"Amazing care"

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I've been under the care of this hospital for a long while now due to needing braces and being put on the waiting list.

I have had several appointments in the last few months, one for finalising a treatment plan, two for fitting orthodontic spacers and then my most recent to fit my braces.

I was very nervous at my most recent appointment but my dentist was amazing at applying the brace painlessly and quickly. There was a small mix up about whether the hospital was removing my baby canines or whether my regular dentist would.

After 5 minutes of the dentist requesting an oral surgery slot for me I was downstairs and only had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seen.

I have always been petrified and usually inconsolable when it comes to needles and the thought of 4 was horrific. However, the oral surgery dentist and the nurse were fantastic with coping mechanisms and reassurance during the quick and easy procedure.

I cannot recommend these members of staff highly enough, they were incredibly and have made sure I am no longer scared of oral surgery or the hospital! If I could rate them higher, I would.
