What I liked

Staff were fairly friendly although they must find it a struggle working in such unpleasant conditions

What could be improved

It felt like we were in a makeshift department that had been cobbled together. Not a nice atmosphere for children . Needed badly up dating.

I was pleased to learn you found the staff friendly but sorry to learn that you found the environment in need of up-dating. If you inform us which Ward/area of the Leeds General Infirmary you were treated in, we can feedback your comments.
