(as a service user),

Treated very well, appropriate diagnosis and treatment by the nurse but it felt to me like the receptionist went out of their way to be rude and unhelpful.

I was very pleased you found our nursing staff was helpful however I was concerned to read of your experience of the receptionist that you saw. It would be important to be able to understand what happened and to investigate the significant issues that you have reported. This is not the experience that we aim to provide.
