"100% first class"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as the patient),

Staff within ward 3E Crosshouse Hospital cannot do enough for the patients they care for. Their help is 100% first class and these young men and women go beyond their responsibility to help the patients they care for.

The staff that received me on initial admittance were very quick to react and administer the appropriate treatment and drugs. To all staff on ward 3E, these people deserve whatever praise and thanks possible, from their managers, from myself. I can't thank all staff enough. I am very grateful.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear fornaxdf49,

What a lovely accolade to the staff in 3E. Thank you so much for feeding this back via Care Opinion. I am delighted to reassure you that your praise and thanks does indeed go direct to the staff, chare nurse and managers. All those concerned will be able to see how happy you were with your care. As I am sure most folk will appreciate, a wee pat on the back some times help to keep us motivated and keeps up morale.

I hope you are well on the mend now,

best wishes,

Eunice
