"Not given correct prescription"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was brought into Tameside A+E with asthma. I thought the A+E department is not very clean. I was rather shocked with this as a major department of a district hospital. I was prescribed a course of steroids, I went to the pharmacist in the hospital, they had given me the first days tablets in hospital so I needed the remainder of the course of tablets and the box stated the correct ammoutn of tablets I needed, as I wasn't well and just wanted to get home I took them.

On getting up this morning and going to take the first tablets, I find there was only half of the amount of tablets I needed in the box.

You should be able to trust the hospital I'm rather appalled at this I do pay for my scripts, I think this is just not acceptable,
