"Efficient care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

As a visitor to London I unfortunately ended up in the MIU at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital due to falling in a tube station and sustaining injury to my arm. I was seen so quickly by a triage nurse who was so thorough and made sure I had pain relief and arranged for me to get a X-ray. This was done so efficiently. And whilst in X-ray, the radiographers were brilliant, I was in a lot of pain and they were so gentle with me. It was appreciated. I was patched up with a sling that has kept me comfortable and able to enjoy the remainder of my time in London. I am so grateful to all your staff at Queen Elizabeth! ! Thank you.

Thank you for your kind comments, we are working very hard to provide the highest standard of care possible and it is a pleasure to hear such positive feedback about our nursing team. This will be shared with the ED team and will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback
