As a visitor to London I unfortunately ended up in the MIU at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital due to falling in a tube station and sustaining injury to my arm. I was seen so quickly by a triage nurse who was so thorough and made sure I had pain relief and arranged for me to get a X-ray. This was done so efficiently. And whilst in X-ray, the radiographers were brilliant, I was in a lot of pain and they were so gentle with me. It was appreciated. I was patched up with a sling that has kept me comfortable and able to enjoy the remainder of my time in London. I am so grateful to all your staff at Queen Elizabeth! ! Thank you.
