Arrived to pick someone up. Not lmpressed.

Paint chips and marks on walls all over the place.

As for the 'colour' of the white door, around the handle to the onsuite, well, 'black',

is an understatement. Chips and marks are 'tired', to be polite.

'Black', is filth.

Thought I was in an NHS hospital, not a private one.

Sadly disappointed. It never used to be like this.

The hospital encourages feedback from all sources to continually improve the service offered. There is a rolling programme of redecoration in the patient areas in the hospital but the bedroom doors are part of the corporate programme to upgrade patient bedrooms. The management team are happy to meet with you to discuss how cleanliness is maintained and reviewed to ensure infection prevention and control standards are met.
