"Great treatment"

Out patient appointment in Crohns Clinic with consultant.

Speedily seen, even though I was late due to traffic problems, with no sense of being hurried. . Sent for X-ray and blood tests straight from consultation.

Walked just around the corner and was seen immediately in X-ray; walked around another corner and was seen immediately for blood test.

I realise that this was possibly an aberration but it was both unexpected and pleasing.

All staff were pleasant; as were desk/reception.
