"Team work at its best"

This morning (02/08/17) I visited the colposcopy clinic, along with my husband. All staff were helpful and the environment was calm. When i was called through by a member of staff, who introduced themselves and also provided information and names of the rest of the team.

On entering the main clinic area we met by two more members of staff. I was very nervous but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff helped the whole experience to pass.

They worked extremely well as a team and included us in decision making providing enough time to address our questions.

I needed some treatment on the day, my dignity preserved at all times.

What a wonderful team.

Should anyone have to visit this department I would say that following our experience, try not to worry - you are in good hands
