I attended on a Friday morning just after opening and was worried to see so many people there...wondering how many hours I would have to wait!
However the efficiency of the team was outstanding and I was seen and on my way home in just under an hour.
The nurse I saw was kind and reassuring and I went away feeling much happier after experiencing a post op problem.
What a wonderful service for the Bishop's Stortford Community
