What I liked

I was obliged to have a echostress cardiogram. My appointment was on time, the senior staff member introduced himself, provided a full explanation of the procedure (I had googled the test) and made me very much at ease

I had presumed the test would be stressful, not so

Excellent service, much appreciated. Very much a hospital and staff to be congratulated.
