What I liked
The sonographer was friendly, helpful and really made me feel at ease throughout my appointment.
She couldn't see what she was looking for at first but gave me informed choices about my next steps (come back later, re-book or alternative test) and answered all my questions. She even faxed my results over to my GP that day to ensure a prompt referral, which I got within the week.
The hospital was clean and the seating area was comfortable and airy, despite it being a hot day. A really good advertisement for why Hemel General should NOT be closed.
What could be improved
