Had foam shleroptherapy op on July 10th commented to the nurse that the bandage was very tight round my ankle told it needed to be tight, by the following morning I was in tears because of the pain round my ankle, I rang the vascular clinic and was told to go to my doctors, this I did but they couldn't do anything as they do not have the right type of bandage and told to call the vascular clinic again. Rang the clinic and was again told to go to my doctors they should be able to deal with it ended up going to A&E nurse took bandage off said they could see it had been too tight because of the marks round my ankle and that the vascular clinic should have seen me, could not bandage again with right type as only vascular have it. Thursday the bandage was loose and falling down my leg again vascular tefused to see me and said my doctor should be quite capable of dealing with it. Friday ended up at QMC they rebandaged again but not with correct type ad only the vascular clinic have the right type. If only the vascular clinic have the right rule of bandage why do they refuse to see a patient and say their doctor should deal with it
