"My daughter admitted for stomach pains at 24..."

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary / Maternity care

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to following my daughter being admitted for stomach pains when 24 weeks pregnant. The level of care was exceptional by the midwife and the consultant who's name I am not sure.

They checked the baby was ok and couldn't do enough to make sure my daughter was cared for. I am so grateful. She was in quite a lot of pain and in distress.

The midwife was so caring towards my daughter. I wish to give them a special mention. Thank you.

Hi Julie, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad to hear that our staff at Royal Lancaster Infirmary made sure your daughter was looked after in what can be quite a distressing time. I have passed your comments onto the team involved who I know will really appreciate your kind words. Thanks again, and all the best to you and your daughter.
