"Brilliant and helpful staff"

I foolishly didn't hand in a form that I was meant to for an operation I'm having later this month, and I went in this morning to try and resolve the issue.

At one stage it looked very unlikely that I would have the operation because of my error but between the guys in the admissions team, the nurses and the surgeon, the operation date is going ahead.

I want to pass my sincere thanks on to all the staff who helped me out this morning, it was really appreciated.
