I waited 2 weeks for an appointment with Locala for a procedure only a handful of staff are trained to perform. An appointment is therefore required as there is no guarantee a staff member able to perform the procedure will be available at a walk in centre.
The day before said appointment I have left a voicemail message cancelling this appointment with another appointment two weeks away booked for me instead due to "staffing issues". This is absolutely disgraceful service. I will now have waited 4 weeks for a simple procedure providing my second appointment doesn't also get cancelled.
I'm so disappointed in the service.
