"Disappointed with Locala"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Bradford Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment with Locala for a procedure only a handful of staff are trained to perform. An appointment is therefore required as there is no guarantee a staff member able to perform the procedure will be available at a walk in centre.

The day before said appointment I have left a voicemail message cancelling this appointment with another appointment two weeks away booked for me instead due to "staffing issues". This is absolutely disgraceful service. I will now have waited 4 weeks for a simple procedure providing my second appointment doesn't also get cancelled.

I'm so disappointed in the service.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you've been having and that we have had to cancel your appointment. We have been facing some staffing issues over the past few weeks and are doing our best to rectify the situation.
