"Excellent care by A and E"

Having attended Accident and Emergency, I would like to say how efficient and friendly the staff were at all times.

I went through the whole system, from entering the department to exiting the hospital in just over 3 hours.

The care I received with my broken foot was second to none, from receptionists, nurses, X-ray staff, medical specialists, porters and physio team to helpful staff giving directions in the corridors or explaining the best way to use the wheelchairs and finally the phone call from the virtual fracture clinic.

What could have been a very upsetting experience was actually a reassuring and supportive experience for which I am extremely grateful.
