"Appointment cancelled"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Primary psychological and wellbeing services

(as a service user),

I went to my appointment at 2pm today, after waiting 4 weeks as it was the only available date. After waiting 45 minutes with no receptionist and everyone but me being seen too I decided to ring let's talk.

The man on the phone was really helpful but told me my appointment was cancelled last week and I should have got an email. I later checked all inboxes and did not.

I now have to wait another 3 weeks for an assessment because of the limited availability. I am very disappointed at this as after waiting for so long (3 week waiting list for doctors before all of this) I thought I was finally going to begin to get myself sorted out..
