I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you experienced yesterday when trying to contact our Audiology Service by telephone. Thank you for highlighting this.

I understand the issue has now been resolved. If this is not the case and you continue to experience problems, I would be grateful if you could contact the Complaints and Feedback Team either by email to feedback.tayside@nhs.net or by telephone on 0800 027 5507 (freephone) to enable us to look into this further.
