(as the patient),

I was sent for a chest X-ray following a visit to my doctors. I turned up at Calderdale Royal Hospital, without an appointment and was seen and X-rayed within 20 minutes. Excellent Service and a very speedy turn around.

People are all too willing to critisise the NHS, but I think it's important to remember that they do offer an excellent service, and it's FREE, so think before you moan!
