"Well done Collingwood for keeping the standard so good"

I stayed at Collingwood Court Nursing Centre for two weeks respite care in July. I have been having respite breaks for the last seven years. My usual place of respite informed me that they would be stopping respite so I was told I could start coming to Collingwood Court.

At first I was quite anxious, but after my first day I was very impressed with the caring, respectful and professional way all staff treated me. They are very quick to help and nothing is too much. They showed dignity at all times and I am able to come back for two weeks respite late on in the year. Myself and my carer are content in the knowledge that at Collingwood I will be given 100% care.

Well done Collingwood and the manager in keeping the standard of staff so good.
