So impressed. We were met by the staff nurse who introduced them self to us and showed us where to wait. Then they showed us into a private consultation room and explained that the Consultant was with someone and would be a few moments. The Consultant was very approachable and friendly. They examined my 11yr old carefully, explained what they were doing and the follow up. Everything went do smoothly and my daughter was nervous to begin with but came out feeling happy and understanding what was happening next.
