The Surestart play group session in South Broxtowe is really good. I especially enjoy the singing at the end of the session and my son loves it too. It's really good that the toys are rotated so they get to play with different toys each week. It would be good if the group could run through all the holidays too - it does sometimes which is great.

Weigh in is good as well. The staff are very helpful and always remember my baby's name. When my baby was newborn I found it a bit daunting that it was self weigh and you get no advice on it but I am happy to self weigh now.

Hello,

I was pleased to read your post with regards to your positive experience of attending the baby group and self weigh at Beeston Central Children's Centre. It is so good to hear that you are gaining confidence and have been supported in a helpful way by the staff.

Sorry that we are not able to offer this service for every week of the sumer holidays, however there are baby groups being offered at our other Centres as well az our Summer Programme which you may like to try.

I hope that you are able to continue accessing the groups and find support and.enjoyment.for you and your family
