I have recently experienced hospital care to include an operation to remove my left kidney.
I would just like to say that from start to finish the whole procedure was extremely well carried out.
I was talked through the whole thing from start to finish with any questions I had answered and discussed.
I cant fault the NHS for the quick and efficient time that they saw me and carried out the operation.
All staff that I met throughout the time where just fantastic.
My surgeon was very professional and extremely easy to talk to.
I really can't thank them enough.
After hearing so many bad stories about the NHS, for example the waiting for appointments, waiting to see the Dr. , Dirty hospitals, and the list goes on, we all see it on the tele and hear it on the news, ...I have to say that my experience couldn't have been any better if I had had private care.
Lets hear a round of applause for all the hard work the Drs. and Nurses do and hear a few more of the good experiences people have.
Thank you to all of you for your absolute 1st Class service and care. xx
