"Thank you yo ward 20 & ERU"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Care of the Elderly (Wards 14,20,22)

(as a relative),

I would like to thank the nursing staff and medics of ward 20. Last year my gran was a patient within the ward for several weeks. We as a family could not fault the staff for the care and dedication they provided. They truly are an amazing and passionate team.

My gran returned to ERU several weeks after her initial discharge, where sadly she passed away. Again, the care and compassion shown to my family was second to none.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in my grans care, I have only just discovered care opinion and felt like I couldn't pass without saying thank you.

Dear 2016story

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about your gran - please accept our sincere condolences on your loss.

It is so kind of you to take the time to pass on such lovely feedback about the care your gran received at Monklands Hospital, and I would be delighted to pass on your comments to the whole team involved in her care, both on Ward 20 and in ERU.

I am sure it will give them a huge boost to know how much they were appreciated by you and your family at such a difficult time.

With best wishes

Nichola
