"Terrible hospital!!!"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square / Neurosurgery

My wife waa there few weeks. Treated her like she was another number. No compassion, no sensitivity, no caring from both staff and doctors. They dont share their treatments wiyh you. No confidentiality whatsoever! Files are all over the place. No after discharge support or help. Once you are discharged you are none existent. You feel alone as no support, no one to ask any questions or concerns. Oh.. and the consultants are always on holiday.

Shocking place! So sad!
