My mum in law was referred for a hearing assessment, which was undertaken within two weeks of the referral, which I think is excellent.
The member of staff who conducted the assessment, was very friendly, professional and made it very clear what was needed, in terms she understood, rather than technical jargon.
Hearing aid fitted within a week.
The service is excellent at Dewsbury.
