About: Royal Preston Hospital

Our daughter was seen in the department by a fantastic doctor. They had obviously read all of her notes and knew that she has autism and could become very anxious. The gentle way that they examined her and the manner in which they spoke to her were exemplary. They did not speak down to her but explained everything clearly and in a way that put her at ease.

Preston hospital is very fortunate that this doctor works there.

Not only do I have praise for them but also for the two nurses who were present.

Thank you.

Thank you for your kind words of appreciation for the care and service provided to your daughter.

The staff work extremely hard to provide a service to meet the needs of individual patients, but it is always tremendously reassuring to receive confirmation from patients or their relatives that this is indeed the case.

Kind Regards
