"urgent care visit"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency

Let me begin saying that the front staff specially receptions and nurse were excellent. However the doctor was completely different experience. The doctor was rude to my child. The doctor wasn't interested anything he had to say apart of the doctor telling he talks allot.

My child has learning disabilities. To make it even worse the doctor ignore the child when he said hello. This is one the worse experience I ever had in hospital. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Unless they have no choice. I hope other parents who have kids with learning disabilities won't have suffer the same experience.

Dear Sid

Thank you for your feedback about your recent visit to the Urgent Care Centre at Ealing Hospital.

I was very sorry to learn that you were unimpressed with the Doctor who saw you and your child and that you found them to be rude. I will ensure that your concerns are passed on to the senior team at the Urgent Care Centre so that they are aware of your experience.

If you would like to provide us with any further details regarding this issue then please do not hesitate to contact our PALS team at Ealing hospital on 020 8967 5653 or via email at LNWH-tr.EhPALS@nhs.net

Thank you once again for providing us with your invaluable feedback.

Kind regards

Peter Hare
