This is the first time I've visited your hospital

Having recently moved from Swindon in Wiltshire, and quite honestly I was astounded at the whole hospital, well done! Fabulous from the letter I received I found the parking easily then we went staight to the west wing and found the department easily too, I wasn't kept waiting we had actually arrived early so took a seat in the waiting area and within minutes were called through the nurses that did my procedure were lovely friendly and professional

Now I am a large lady and have often found hospital staff to look me up and down and make me feel very self conscious, but not today thankyou to the member of staff and your lovely assistant for making the whole experience easier I had to have a scan and biopsy and you were both marvellous I have to come back in a few weeks for more scans etc , but thanks to you I will not be as nervous or worried thankyou again and keep doing what you are doing you are a credit to your hospital.
