"Consultation in the ENT department"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Today I had my first consultation in the Ent department after a referral by my GP. The waiting area was clean and tidy and I was seen promptly by staff who were pleasant & courteous. The consultant who I saw who I believe is an associate was attentive, interested in my problem and most positive of all listened and thought of all possible of reasons for my problem. I left the consultation feeling that investigations would be carried out and that I would be well cared for. A positive outcome.
