I have been under the care of my IBD consultant for the last 3.5 years and my most recent visit to this hospital was my 4th time.
I have always been very satisfied with the care I get here. The hospital is clean and welcoming.
The nursing staff have always been caring and compassionate. I have always been kept informed throughout whilst there and treated with care & dignity.
A special thank you though to the endoscopy team & my consultant in particular who have been fantastic each time. Whilst in theatre, I usually feel a little nervous but I am always looked after & made to feel at ease. At an already stressful time due to my medical condition, this is greatly appreciated so please do pass on my thanks to them if possible.
