(as a relative),

I would like to thank Ward 20 Critical Care/ICU for the care of my dad in April. They kept me informed every step of the way right up until he passed away which was obviously a traumatic time for us all. I know they did all they could for him and I've never had chance to thank them properly so I'd appreciate if this was passed onto them.

Big thank you to Prince the nurse and also the two doctors that were on call that day.
