(as a service user),

I attended Aberdeen Breast Screening Centre for my routine mammogram today. I was highly impressed with the whole experience. The receptionist was polite and friendly, there was no wait at all. The lady who carried out the mammogram was very professional, explaining exactly what was happening at every stage, what to expect afterwards, and did her best to put me at my ease throughout. The whole visit was probably over in about 10 minutes. Many thanks to NHS Grampian for an extremely efficient and professionally run service.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback. Even though it is a routine screening appointment it is still anxiety provoking, it is so good to hear how the caring attitude of the staff you met helped put you at your ease.
