"Very poor service"

I have rang 36 times yesterday leaving voicemails with no reply ringing threw the night no answer still for then to try again this morning and still nothing I find it disgusting you can't get threw to check on a family member who is not well, Also worries me to know this place has only got 2 star rating.

What kind of service is this..!!
