About: Royal Gwent Hospital

(as a relative),

She is mid seventies with heart problems but also has a brain aneurysm. she has had her operation cancelled 7 times she was due to go in the Gwent today for operation tomorrow however it has yet again been cancelled. this time because of a problem with the theatre.

What on earth is going on? ? ? ? ? ? ?
