"could not have been better"

About: Coathill Hospital

(as a relative),

My mother, was recently ill and cared for in her final days in Glenmore ward, Coathill, Hospital, Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire. The staff were all very caring and the quality of care she received was fantastic. Before her health began to further deteriorate my mother was happy, even though she was in hospital, and the staff, despite being extremely busy, always found time to stop and chat with her. She always had a good word to say about them and enjoyed the time they spent with her. Also the understanding, kindness, care and compassion they showed her family when they we're told she was nearing the end and when she passed away could not have been better.
