"The course has impacted our family life in a great way"

I attended the sleep course at Bridge Children's Centre in Newark. This course has helped me to develop methods that have vastly improved the sleep for my twin girls. We were given lots of information and support, ranging from what to expect from our children in regards to their age, creating a good environment for sleep and how to form a good bedtime routine. The course was very friendly and I was encouraged to be open and honest. We were given resources to use such as a sleep diary and visual timetables. The course has impacted our family life in a great way as we are all getting more sleep!
