"Ward L27"

Had not eaten since 2 am due to schedule operation to remove a screw holding my ankle. Was asked to report at 11 am, arrived at 10:45 am, signed in at the reception, was shown to waiting area. Waiting till 11:50 am with no information when I had my blood pressure, temperature and etc taken. Doctor came to mark the operating leg, it's now 3 pm and I'm setting here with no idea what is going on, lack of information which would be golden. Many other patients also complaining. Welcome to the NHS. We not asking to be seen quickly but just to keep us informed and in the loop.
