"Three very capable staff presented this course"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (County)

(as a service user),

Cognitive stimulation at Lawrence Day Services Byron House, Newark Hospital – 2 hours/week, February -May 2017.

Three very capable staff presented this course in a very light, approachable, gentle relaxed way. Everyone (60 was made very welcome in the sessions. The team has developed a lovely range of artefacts and games and quizzes and worksheets/information sheets to stimulate responses from all the group. We all felt very at ease to contribute to discussions, quizzes, memory games and other activities. Preparation of each week’s activities was always good.

Each week we all encouraged to remember and comment on news and current affairs, Celebrities and politics were often discussed.

Well done Debbie, Rachel and Anne. I’m going to miss you 3.
