Fantastic department

(as a carer),

I was with my mum at the endoscopy unit at monkland today. The care was outstanding the staff were professional, slick and on the ball. From start to finish no hanging around. My wee mum was diagnosed with dementia and I called the unit the week before to ask if I could stay with her and the reply was of course you can. It made things a lot easier and less stressful for my mum. Well done monklands X

The staff within Endoscopy strive to do their best for patients in particular your mum who required you to be with her.
