I went in with a swollen foot, limping. It took awhile for me to be seen, with the entire time me winding and shifting my foot. When I was seen they worked out where the pain was and promptly sent me for an X-ray, without asking how bad the pain was or whether I could actually walk on it easily (the answer was no) and when the results came back they sent me on my way with a leaflet- I understand soft tissue damage is difficult to diagnose and treat but the pain is so bad at times it brings me to tears and they basically pushed me out the door. I have no idea how long it will take to heal, how severe it is- I could have looked on webmd and not wasted the trip. Disappointed and in pain.
