Hearing aid repair needed which is usually a visit to Freeman Hospital as we now live in Swarland would of been a 3 hour round trip. This service being available at Alnwick Infirmary was much appreciated excellent service was seen in 10 minutes by extremely nice member of staff as were all the staff members I spoke to on my visit as i hadn't been before and needed directions to department
